I am absolutely thrilled, I just have to wash, add product and leave to dry naturally and my hair looks fabulous. I trust them more than any other hairdressers I've ever used and I'm so excited by the new things we'll be trying with my hair next month; finally I get mermaid hair!

I have been here for a hair colouring. My appointment was at 9 am, when i went there the place was closed, and they opened at 9:10. I had to wait. When i get in there they told me i have no appointment, and i showed them my phone confirmation and they said someone booked me wrong on another day but - they acted like they are doing me a favour and said they can do it then. I showed them a photo with silver balayage and they made it brown. Will not go there again.
