Went in the shop on off change for hair cut and was treated nicely and fitted between clients. The staff were friendly and understood what I was after and took time with my hair. Furthermore, the price of the cut was reasonable and fair and the experience was worth the money. Thanks for the new look!

I don't think I've ever had an experience like it, and certainly not in a good way. It was almost as if the lady had never cut hair before. And the place looks like it hasn't had any care or attention for about 20 years. It's shocking enough that Martock has three hairdressers; it's even more shocking that this one manages to survive. Deary me. (In fairness it wasn't the worst end product, but I'm absolutely certain that was due to luck rather than judgement).

The staff were friendly. The colouring of hair was ok. Am disappointed with the cut as I asked for layers to enhance the natural wave and remove split ends and have ended up with doorsteps which are uneven compared to front and back.

I've been here twice now and had my haircut by 2 different people.

Both were exceedingly friendly and chatty. The prices are reasonable, there is a car park nearby and they cut and style to a good standard.

Would definitely recommend.

Professional and understanding and I love how my hair turned out

The team there are kind and professional, and a lot of fun too, the atmosphere is very calming and overall just a great experience for a haircut!
