Brilliant hairdressers! Sam immediately understood what I was looking for and gave me the most fantastic style and cut. The place was buzzing, it was a really relaxed atmosphere, despite the fact that they were all very busy, and as an added bonus I had a great bit of chat with Sam! Even though I live quite a distance away, I'm going to try and time my visits to Oxford so that I can go back!

After my regular salon closed down I was unsure which Witney salon to choose as my new regular salon. I chose Chapters as they were well established in the local area and the salon at the Lakes appealed as a relaxing environment for some me time.

The whole experience turned out to be a rather stressful experience from an apprentice that took 15 minutes to wash my hair to find that the conditioner had not been fully washed out and heading back to the basin for another rinse.

It had been a couple of months since my last trip to the hair salon and I explained to the stylist that I wanted my graduated Bob cut back into shape whilst not loosing too much length. The stylist was very enthusiastic about the cut however after leaving the salon an hour later I found that the shape was not right and as much as I don't like to complain, the style was as such that it needed to be corrected. I appreciate that a graduated Bob is a technical cut but feel if the stylist wasn't comfortable with what I was asking for they should've told me this.

I am grateful to the salon for offering to correct the cut for me at no charge. On returning to the salon I was made to feel like it was my fault that the cut was not as I expected due to my hair type... Despite having had this style for over 3 years.

A very disappointing experience!

I rang Chapters while I was on holiday in the area and they managed to fit me in for a cut and blow dry. Sharron made my hair look lovely with a layered bob. Probably the nicest cut I have had in years. I would certainly go back next time I am near Witney.

Took my one year old daughter for her first haircut. The hairdresser and the rest of the staff were so good! Made it a relaxing and special expertise. Fully satisfied and a sure recommendation for baby hair cuts

I took my 11 year daughter for a haircut, we were made to feel very welcome as soon as we stepped in the door.
My daughter was having a big change to her hair and was nervous, but Lorraine made her feel at ease straight away. She loved the cut and style, thank you!
