I've only given 1 star as I am unable to give a zero!
Two appts booked, both cancelled because Alan had a bad cold. No alternative offered. I've never come across such shoddy work ethics.

Dawn cut my hair before Christmas and I have been so happy with it ever since! Very lovely haircut and really beautiful experience.

Natasha was very patient and didn't shout at me even tho I had cut out chunks that shouldn't have been cut!!
