Phoenix Hair and Make up

Our recent family visit was so stress free!! My daughter wanted one thing,teenage son's another-the staff so great at handling personal choice. My husband and I enjoy the coffee and hair wash while the kids get there cuts. Never had any complaints from the kids - staff informed us all how to recreate our styles at home, care for my son's colour!! Told all my friends and when mum moved to north wales..this is the only salon for her!

Lovely staff, okay prices, strange hair cut. It's a nice experience getting your hair cut here if you are happy paying a little more than you would at a barbers; you get your hair washed (if you want), a hot drink etc and they're really nice people who work there. The only thing is though, having been there a few times now, I have never once walked out with the haircut that I had in mind...

Lovely friendly staff, i have had many different colours/styles and my make up done over the last couple years and have always been really happy with the results, nothing is to much trouble for any of the staff and Pauline is fab!
I simply would not go anywhere else now for my hair done and their hot chocolate is to die for :) xx

After four hours in the chair and my granddaughters hair was nothing like what she'd asked for, the colour hadn't taken and considering that I took her in beforehand to talk about the style/colour I expected it be done properly.my granddaughter was in tears as it was for her prom, Pauline said for her to come back few days time to put it right and after another five and half hours it was OK but still not what she'd asked for,the toner washed out after one wash and it was orange, I had to go into a chemist and get a toner and do it for her. Considering the bill was £102-40 I'd have expected a professional result.never again.

Have been going to Phoenix for years and Pauline does my hair, i do like to colour change quite often and i am always given the best advice on what would suit me and that is what i like with a salon. Always made to feel welcome and hot drinks back on the menu now covid rules have gone:) Would most definitely recommend Phoenix for anyone looking for a new salon!

Been coming to phoenix for 10 years plus, highly recommend, Pauline and staff are all lovely, I have Lydia do my hair she is so lovely and does a wonderful job
