Salon 21 - I visit this particular hairdressers as I have my hair extensions done here. Stacey is amazing! The consultation you have before hand is excellent. The colour, length & cut is explained so you make the correct choice. The after care & advice you receive is so important in regards to looking after them. The staff are so friendly.
I always receive comments on my hair & when I tell people that I have extensions they are amazed as you cannot tell they are in. They last me around 3 months. The price of the extensions are excellent & the hair is beautiful. I highly recommend a visit.

Absolutely love salon 21, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are always friendly and the shop is always kept clean. Great value for money and my hair always looks and feels amazing. I’m never rushed when having my hair done here and the girls always listen to what i want done. Thanks ladies

I'm surprised at all the great reviews of this salon. I visited for the first time for a dry cut. When I arrived no one said hello or introduced themselves. I didn't find the salon welcoming at all. I was asked to sit in the chair which was surrounded by hair from the previous client. I was in the chair for less than 10 minutes before she took my cover off and said she was done. She only cut the back and left the sides the same length with lots of split ends and my fringe is two different lengths on either side. All for £12.
I contacted the salon who just said that their hair 'stylists' were all level 3 trained and I could come in to see them again if I want them to take another look. I don't have the confidence that they will be able to fix the problem and will have to go elsewhere.

Thank you Jasmine. First visit to the salon. Jasmine listened and did exactly what I asked for. Felt very safe. All the staff wore PPE and clients given single use gowns to wear. Thoroughly cleaned each vacated area.

Friendly staff made too feel very comfortable. Offered tea or coffee whilst having my hair maintained. Very chatty staff and always happy with my hair when I leave.

Best salon I've ever been to! Staff have years and years if experience and are so friendly, and I always leave with a smile on my face!

A wonderful salon in Birchgrove. The customer service here is fantastic and I have been really happy with the cut and colour services I have had.The whole team are friendly, I would highly recommend Salon 21!

Came away so impressed with my hair by Stacey. Was asked multiple times if I was comfortable/offered tea and coffee. The salon was clean and all guidelines and restrictions were adhered to. My hair looks amazing even two months later the colour has stayed fantastic and I still can’t believe how good it looks. Stacey is amazing and does exactly what you ask for. The prices are very reasonable.
