I must say I am really disappointed with the service I received from Katie. I booked her over a year ago to do my wedding party this September. Ever since paying the deposit it has been almost impossible to get hold of her to arrange trials and when I finally did agree a time and date for trial she didn't turn up. I tried ringing her and she was abroad. I've since spoken to her and was advised she was ill and that's why she couldn't attend trial however she didn't get in touch to cancel beforehand. I have repeatedly asked for my deposit back and she keeps promising it will be "this week" but still nothing and this has been ongoing over a month so I don't think she plans to give it back. I have had to find another hairdresser who is more reliable ( I'm lucky I was able to find someone at short notice) . I feel utterly let down by the lack of professionalism and customer service I have received. I definitely do not recommend

Over bleached my hair to the point it was practically white, when I wanted my normal natural highlights, my hair was like candy floss snapping off and a terrible tacky colour. When I asked her for a toner the next day to help correct colour she ignored me!
