Asked for a trim he took over an inch off my hair. My hair was shoulder length now I have a bob. He told me it looks better this way, I'm furious. He didnt listen at all. I wont be going there again. 70 pounds to ruin my hair. Wouldn't recommend

Had a wash, cut, color and blow dry. Absolutely over the moon. Fantastic service. Couldn't be more pleased. Best Salon I have ever been to!
