Excellent hairdressers listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I had asked for. Lovely friendly staff

I’ve had a few bad haircuts in Carmarthen so wanted to find a really good one. Cloud 9 is amazing. I called in on the off chance of a haircut and Neil had a cancellation so I was lucky. Neil listened and advised and cut my hair exactly how I requested. I’m soooo happy. Thank you. You have a customer for life.

While the actual Cloud9 is nice and my other half and sister loves it, the next door Barber (which is part of cloud9) is a joke.
I could cut my hair better with a kitchen knife at home. Staff look like they don't want to be there. No customer service skills whatsoever. Such a shame, never again.

Got to give it 5☆because there isn't a 7☆,being ex sassoon stylist very visual,the cut and service I got was exactly what I wanted,re-booked straight away☺well done Neil +team,brilliant 👌

Really friendly, got a nice coffee and my haircut looked really good, they didn't mind altering it a bit to my specifications at all which was nice definetly will go again

Billy gave me an amazing cut and colour! And the finish was phenomenal ! All staff are welcoming and pleasant !
