If you love good wine, cheese and meats, you have to give this place a try. I have been using it since it opened for everything from dinner parties, drinks and weektime lunches. I don't know a lot about wine and the staff are really personable and knowledgeable about the products, in a welcoming way. The food is always interesting, and their Chorizo and Salami's are to die for!

I have really enjoyed trying new things and learning about the different cheese's and wines, and the shop is great for that. I would also recommend their wine and cheese tastings, as I always feel like an expert when I leave!

Great for cheeses and olives and ham. Staff are happy to explain or offer advice if you are unsure. Also has a good if small selection of little cakes and brownies and different chocolates. Also chutneys and pickles and different biscuits/cheese crackers. Has a small selection of beers. Wine selection is medium sized but since it's is quite expensive stuff usually I haven't bought any, not being a connisour to know the difference. Has some outside and inside chairs and tables for a sip of wine and nibbles. Can get very crowded on a nice day in the summer.

Harrison's is a great deli that has remained open during these challenging times supporting the local community.

Selection of products is amazing and they also will order in specific items on request. Always get my cheese and wine from here. Recently had the luxury fish pie which was amazing nice treat while not able to eat out

Staff are friendly and helpful

Lovely local deli and wine bar in walking distance which has always had a great range of meats, pates, cheese, pastries, scotch eggs and numerous other items including wine, beer and gins available. It has friendly staff who are always happy to help with a recommendation/suggestion of what will complement what you are buying. Currently under Covid-19 I've placed some advance orders which has worked really well and they have also been offering via a local volunteer system to deliver locally for those who have had to remain isolated.

My first visit to Harrison’s i couldn’t believe how welcoming all the staff were and so helpful when asking about different cheeses and wine, they have an extensive selection of cheeses, wines, charcuterie and other delicious products. They also made me feel very welcome as a woman on her own stopping for a glass of wine at the tables outside. Looking forward to being able to enjoy a glass of wine there again soon!

A great spot for English wines as well as cheese and meat and there is always something savoury or sweet, if you fancy a treat. If you want to set yourself up with all the nesesary for a picnic this is the place to go. If youre not sure of what to get just ask the staff, they always have good ideas.

Not friendly customer service.
We asked for Provola, Stracchino and Cotto Ham, the woman didn't know what we were talking about so she rudely looked at me, annoyed she said first "What is that?!" then asked to repeat.
Now, as the place it is present as a Deli, I though the staff would have been aware of various range of continental product. But that's ok, not the issue, maybe they are specialised in French Deli or other countries.
The bad thing was that attitude close to "I don't know what the hell are you talking about, just be quick and move!" After she asked to the owner, found out they didn't have the cheese so I took just the "Italian Ham" (Cotto Ham) and some Coppa. I wanted to buy more, some brie and other cheeses, but I felt she was so unwelcome and rushed and hostile ambience, I just paid for the meat and left, quickly. There was another young girl who took the payment who was sweet and polite instead, I feel I have to mention that.
The selection of cheeses is quite big and looks good, cured meat at the counter was a bit too pale / dark in colour and didn't look super fresh. I didn't like the quality of Ham, but the Coppa was nice. Overall is good to have a Deli in the neighbour for cured meat and cheese (always better than packed from supermarket), but if you are not nice to locals in a small place such Pitshanger, well....I just won't go back, as there are other Deli around, with very friendly people ready to assist you.
