Five Guys Bluewater

Food was delicious, unlimited drinks via coke freestyle. Bit on the pricey side, just over £40 for 3 people. But overall a good place for a burger 🍔

Excellent burgers, cooked to order with as many (or as few) toppings as you want. Drinks are self service with free refills so you can try as many of the different flavour combinations as you want (and there are quite a few).

Fries are also rather good with large portions. I shared a regular portion with my 23 year old son and there were plenty for both of us.

Loads of seating although it was getting pretty full when we left at around 13:00.

Five Guys burgers are pretty special. The menu is pretty simple - single or double burgers with or without bacon. However, it's the 20-or-so toppings that let you create something that is personal and potentially different every time.

Oh, and the fries! Plain or Cajun, but always hot and crispy and you get so many of them. They famously pour extra in your bags, so be careful not to over order. One portion between two people is often enough!

Oh, and the shakes! Thick, handmade and fresh every time. Familiar flavours like chocolate and strawberry, but also modern classics like Reece's peanut butter and Biscoff.

Not the cheapest, but the quality and volume of food makes up for that. Would recommend to even the most casual burger fan.

Food is good, the team didn't really explain that we had to collect shakes from one counter that is on the other side of the floor space from the main one so ended up waiting longer than necessary. Very noisy as it's open to the rest of the complex. For £55 I would like some better service.

Floppy Gov - Five Guys is ok if you're a stippler for selecting or deleting ingredients from your burger. Granted, the app is helpful with the vast options too, but is a gooey burger sweatbox (that's the kitchen too) worth it's over priced menu? Nope, not from what else is available at Bluewater. I'd say Burger King was better value and tastier imo....2/5

Why did I listen to my kids and go here. What a waste of money and awful! Where do I start? Let's do the best first, the chips. The chips were skinned chips and tasty. Sadly that's it. Sorry i forgot the oreo milkshake my kids liked.

Bad bits

Firstly what a state the place is. Ribbish on tables and spilled drinks. Only when asked several times did they even wipe the table.The sausages in a bun were seriously over priced and to say the size wouldn't fill a 3 Yr old is an understatement. They were plain and nasty! The burgers £10.50 are still giving me bad indigestion and were certainly not gourmet. I feel sorry for the yanks if they rate this. It be better staying in the US as anyone with taste buds won't like this. 4 burgers and two hot dogs with chips and flat coke £130 later. What a con. The burgers wrapped in tin foil that you queue up for. Which they got wrong. How hard was it to fulfill. Then to not tell you how to actually get the food just given a receipt. Sadly also rude staff members of the two I experienced. I am not a 12 Yr old so please do not talk to me like I am one. Simply terrible never again thats for sure. I'd like to say this visit was a blip but I am positive that this place is like this always.

Save your money and your toilet the burden. Go to a proper restaurant or I can not believe I'm saying this but mc Donald's is better an that is saying something in my honest opinion.

The food was really nice and tasty, service however was appalling, it took two people to take my order and at the end they got it wrong. It was so busy and they put a new girl on the till, I understand we all need to learn, but even after explaining three times what I want she kept saying to her colleague that I wanted fries as a topping on the burger, I nearly lost it with her, the guy then came over and took my order which he confirmed but they then made the wrong burger!!aarrgghh I couldn't be bothered to correct them for the fifth time so I pet it go.
Other customers were rude and inconsiderate, which I understand got nothing to do with the restaurant, just seems people's manner of excuse me, please and thanks yours have gone right out of the window.
Anyways it was a good experience after all as I was so glad that they did bunless burgers!!!

Had food poisoning symptoms within couple of hours after having the large seasoned fries. Had blotting and burning feel in the stomach; regret having it and surely won't go again.
