I never heard earlier about this franchise, so I tried this place randomly when I was in London and it was the luckiest choice. The menu with french fries was so huge, I could barely ate the whole portion. It was the best hamburger i’ve ever taste. The atmosphere of the place is like a traditional american fast food restaurant. I loved this so much, and since this good impression when I travel abroad, I search directly a Five Guys! Thank you! Greetings from Hungary!🇭🇺

The location is really good as it is opposite Ealing Broadway station so a good, easy venue to find. It is also well signed from the outside and the colours (red & white) are distinct.

It is not somewhere I would return to too often. Not because of service simply because it isn't really the kinda place I would frequent, nor does it offer the kind of food i would normally choose. As it is heavy on the carbs!

Was taken there and it felt a bit of a mash up between Wendy's, an American dinner, and a motorway service station! (I obviously haven't bought into the marketing).

The service at the point of ordering was patient yet basic. It was ok as the team were polite and pleasant but you could see that this was fast fast food, getting through to the next person. Understandable, but as a customer paying a good amount - more service is required!

The tables and decor feeels a bit tacky and 70's. Basic high use and rather similar in feel to what the losers would get on The Apprentice! So yes I think a bit more investment in comfort should be there however the business probably wants to encourage people to "eat & go" rather than "eat & chill" so it probably works.

The food wasn't quite to my taste as it was all rather salty for my palate however others with me loved it, so it is a matter of taste.

The decor around the walls left something to be desired. Mainly from GQ magazine so was maybe a little sexist in that the magazine is for men!

I think it might be good for loads of mates to go, and/or families. Give it a try maybe i am not the target audience. Not for me but certainly has a place on the high street.

I have waited 15 minutes for fries. And Eventually I didn’t get what I wanted. Which is the Cajun spice on the fries. It was packed on the “collect here” side. They were understaffed obviously, because there was no one standing by the till. And 2-3 staff working hard which is not their fault to have this terrible feedback. Worst decision to come to five guys after a long day at work. I regret ordering so much, and i missed my bus twice for something i didn’t want. Management needs to act up. Ridiculous

Honestly is it me or has the quality of five guys slipped?

Bought a burger and medium fries milkshake for £21 and the burger fell apart in my hands. The chips were also distinctly average. Years ago the fries were so good.

Probably won't bother again.

These staff clearly hate their job and this place shouldnt be open. There is absolutely no customer service, a medium fries takes about 10-15 minutes for these clueless people to make. There is food just sat on the counter with no protection or hygiene. They are constantly shouting at eachother. There was a woman trying to use the toilets but got no help, she waited for 5 minutes but when she left I heard the staff laughing at her. Never dining here again.

The Burgers are Simply Excellent. The best you will find on any High St.
The Meat has no Fillers ,
They offer to grill the Onions!
Perfect Mushrooms,
Clean bathrooms with full working soap dispensers,
Combine that with lovely staff.
What more can you ask for?
Well done Guys..

Great burger restaurant with lots of seating space. Ordered medium fries with was double the normal size of other modern fast food joints. I was surprised that they actually sell alcohol which is unlike other similar restaurants like MacDonalds and Burger King. I was very much impressed with the service and they were not stingy with the mayo or tomato ketchup sachets as well

Excellent. Always good fresh food, well looked after premises and great staff. Probably the best burger and chips in town. Not too expensive either.
