McDonald's

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a Gran Big Mac and I never had worst experience in McDonald’s before. Cheese sticks so bad and vegetables inside look like they been there for a week now. It’s obviously not fresh. They refused to change it.

Usually, going to McDonald's is fairly pleasant, unfortunately the restaurant in North End, Croydon is quite unpleasant. The food was fine although if they turned the air conditioning down the food wouldn't get cold so quickly but they need to address their security problems. I witnessed a child of around 12, not once but three times, stealing food that had just been purchased. Staff did nothing except replace the food. I won't be visiting again.

The delightful Chesly served me. When I asked her when will she be serve me, after standing in front of the queue for 4 minutes, she rolled her eyes and told me can't you see that I'm busy. Asked to speak with the manager, the manage ask her to move to another till and then served me. No apology.. Customer service usual mean good service and a smile, could even manage the service..

A little dated compared to other restaurants. Not sure why this particular location hasn't had the screen ordering, take service and general overhaul done.

Queues are always long taking at least 20-25 mins to get your food.
Not ideal if you have impatient children in tow

This is one of the busiest McDonald's in the area, staff works very hard to cater for everyone, while still providing friendly customer service. Tables cleaned regularly and swiftly, queues are cleared quickly. I would avoid this particular store if you don't like crowds and prefer quieter place to have your meal.

It gets very very busy in this McDonald's, there is rarely any seating as the restaurant is normally full and upstairs seating is ALWAYS closed.
The only parking close by is in the shopping centres which can be pricey.
Otherwise, staff are friendly and I don't have any complaints about the food.

Fast food is not happening here.

It is the busiest mcdonalds in Croydon and yet no electronic ordering system. The staff are stressed, confused and therefore, slow. The franchise owner needs to invest. I just walk down the road to the other two available FAST food establishments. It is quicker than waiting.

I ordered a single hamburger. The bun was stuck to the wrapper such that it came off on the wrapper. I guess the burger had been sitting around for much too long. Sauce and mustard baked into the burger bun 🍔 not great. Wasn't feeling well so couldn't even be bothered to complain 😕 no photos but then I didn't notice this until I'd left the store. Lucky you
