Worst place I have ever visited in my life, such a rude woman who runs the place, poor customer service, I would give 0 stars but that’s not possible so I give you a 1

The customer service here is horrific!!! The female manager had the audacity to question whether my child spoke punjabi and asked her directly 'are you a gori?'. I replied that I didn't know any white ppl who could understand punjabi. Followed by 'she's still wearing nappies? My kids blah blah blah' (she's 2), then went on to say that my child mumbles (everyone I know cannot believe how well spoken she is, her vocabulary is extensive for her age and she can converse is short sentences). I wouldn't have entertained her rudeness had my daughter not liked a pair of shoes. As I bent down to try them on my daughter, the manager noticed I was pregnant and went on to rant that my health visitor wouldn't be happy with me kneeling on the floor, with a smirk on her face. As a Paediatric nurse, I replied this isn't my first pregnancy and I'm well aware of how to look after myself, thank you.
Female empowerment and support is completely lost on this hyper judgemental, patronising, toxic, rude woman. She has no idea on how to speak to customers, how to be kind, polite, helpful. Needless to say I won't be going back, nor will my family members.

This shop needs to be closed down they messed my eyebrows up twice now the last time they took all my eyebrows of and made my eye bleed none of the women can speak English I told them how I wanted my eyebrows even told the boss and she told her in their language and still they messed them up and after I had a go at them she said come back next time never ever will I go again I have evidence of what they done and I have reported them further

There's alot of bags and shoes for going out.
A wide range of jewellery and large sizes in bangles.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

I wanted to give them negetive 10 but there isn't so....Very bad customer 😕 service. The lady Ranjert Kaur is very rude and her behaviour is awful 😖. She tells lie to fudge customer, charges more in the end and make customer fool. Overall if you have a self respect 🙏 don't go this shop
