Lana from crafty monkey was so helpful I wanted 16 names put on the family tree with a red background I emailed lana and she replied back straight away and said it would be no problem and the outcome was fantastic you could ask lana for anything and it would not be a problem to her

A* service from beginning to end, communication was brilliant the gift was packaged so well and the finished product was Amazing. We ordered the Christmas in heaven ornament and we were so pleased with it we ordered another 4. It’s a gift that will come out every Christmas for many more years. I ordered a 'tree if life' for my mother in law"s 80th birthday. It came within the time frame and was very carefully wrapped. It was absolutely beautiful and my mother in law loved it. It was so well made and the quality was excellent. A very lovely present for a special birthday.
