Not dog friendly despite the website saying it is.
I was thrown out as they don't allow dogs because they have stairs and it's a safety issue?? What? Can dogs not walk stairs? 'They might fall down' was the response.. Well so might children are they banned as well? No didn't think so. Just a store that doesn't like dogs..
Won't go again!

They are very keen to give you a parking fine here any reason whatsoever if you’re really slightly on the line at £60 rising to 100s Good Racket for them

I would have loved to have bought all my items here but the section for homebrewing is practically empty, 😱
I ordered all online (with them) in the end had a few problems with one item not arriving but they don't do click and collect yet, bought a toilet seat which is great except the item used to fix it on was useless I'm still waiting for their replacements to arrive, 1wk on, think I'll go 2 B&Q for some wing nuts as that's the problem🤔😱😱😢😢

Just in transition to Christmas goods so lots of empty shelves and cages filled with stock waiting to be out on shelves.

If you purchase plant bulbs under the 3 for 2 offer check your receipt very carefully. I purchased many items and so I didn't realise until I got home that I had been given only £7.50 discount instead of the £10.50 that I should have received

Went to the Deepdale Preston branch , hardly anything on the shelves , delivery trolleys packed in isle nobody around as in staff , very untidy not a great shopping experience.

Always pleasant efficient service. Visited for a food item having seen the best Panatine review of this product at this store. Hadn't realised Wilko sold food items such as this at Christmas

Hard working friendly staff always make a trip to this store worthwhile. I bought several houseplants today, and the lovely lady on tills carefully packed everything in my bag and we exchanged friendly conversation about how her day had been. Such a lovely manner she had and I will definitely be back at this store again soon.
