Order an item, completely forgot about it, until I wish to use it, remembered I hadn't picked it up. The item was ready to collect on next day, but it took over 5 days for me to pick item up... Great service is normal for Toolstation, so I would still rate them high.

Ignore the review for poor service I use many branches of Toolstation and Lincoln Dixon close branch by far out ranks every other store for service how can someone blame the store for delivery when it’s the company warehouse that does that I’ve never once had an issue with staff or service if you want the best use this branch if you don’t mind waiting use the Newark branch and if you want your click and collect item to be wrong use bishops branch

Really great customer care from Leah at Toolstation on Dixon street today. Knew exactly the product I needed from my (not very good) explanation of the issue I was dealing with. Can't recommend this store enough.

Completely blown away with the customer service and first class product knowledge by Sam who helped us. The item purchased is a dehumidifier and it has within two days made a huge difference to the damp problem we have upstairs. I will certainly be coming back again and I hope toolstation realise what a cracking team member and colleague they have in Sam. Many hugs thanks Dan and Claire

Went in store to order an item it says that can be ordered online, first staff member says I don’t know how I can, senior adviser comes over and tells me we can’t order it even though it says you can on line he then tried to say it’s because you haven’t got it set on Lincoln to which I should him it was set on Lincoln store, response ow well we can’t order it, first time I’ve ever heard of it.

Have came in to the Dixon branch and Bishop branch a couple times. The wife always needs something…. The difference is chalk and cheese!! The Dixon team are pushing for reviews, every customer before me got asked. Usually this bothers me with a store because it makes the staff seem less genuine. That’s not the case with Leah, Sam and Panos! Those three deserve every good word written or said. Service has been quick, efficient and done with a laugh or smile each time I’m in. Even when I’m difficult. It’s never seemed fake either, which is a plus in my books. Bishop on the other hand. They used to care but now it seems “different” for lack of a better word. Most times I’ve been in recently and they act it’s as if I’ve come to tell them I ran over there dog or something!!? Miserable, moody, rude sometimes and just in general I don’t feel welcome anymore. I may be sounding biased but I know my favourite, so I’ll stick with them.
