Toolstation Blackpool

I've been using this branch since the day it opened and have consistently received absolutely first class service with in store purchases, click & collect, returns and any minor issues. All the staff are faultless. My wife and I have been consistently impressed by the convenience and efficiency of the click & collect service ever since its launch, never more so than during the Covid-19 pandemic; particularly impressive was the speed and excellence of the socially distanced collection system they've implemented and the consistently brilliant way the staff have handled the situation.

I have been using this branch for over 4 years now at least 3/4 times a week and I can honestly say it has always been a pleasure to shop there the staff are always helpful and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble to them. I would like to say a big thankyou to all of you, and keeping me supplied with materials in these difficult times, click and collect has been a life saver for me and my business. Once again a great big thank you and remember be safe and take care of yourselves and your families.

Excellent fast service. Highly recommend. We ordered an item and within 5 minutes, email to say ready to collect. Very well organised during this epidemic times too. canopy over the door, spaces marked out to stand and served extremely quickly. thank you to all the staff

Needed some tools and a few bits to complete a job at home. I received fantastic advise from Stewart.

I am useless at DIY so popped in to get some advice. Stu helped out, sorting me with some very decent emulsion, rollers, brushes and tape. I would not have had a clue without that help.

I needed a workbench for a wooden wall project I'm working on.
The website is super easy to use and I got exactly what I wanted.
I opted for click 'n' collect, though the option for delivery was available.
Whilst picking up the workbench, I remembered I needed a wrecking bar for pallets, picked that up also.
The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful.
Recommended for all your tool needs, I'm sure I've forgotten something, I'll be back.
