On this particular visit to Toolstation Beckenham, I was served by Gerald, and it did not take me long to realise and discover that Gerald was a smashing bloke, a real life goodfella. Gerald was patient, pleasant, polite, professional, and very courteous. He had a fantastic sense of humour, which complimented his personal charm, and I was more than a little overwhelmed by his charisma. All in all, I found Gerald to be a most delightful chap, a real gent, a most charming fellow, the kind of bloke that you really want to meet. I found him to be extremely good at his job, and that says a lot about a chap these days. Thank you once again Gerald, for serving me, and handling the transaction today, it was a real pleasure, top man, brilliant and fantastic, a most superb choice of employee, Toolstation. I will look forward, and be most eager to be served by Gerald in the future. Here's to you my friend, gerry the gent.

DARREN, the manager is running the store with great efficiency. Extremely helpful and always open to suggestions and helps out if items are out of stock. I never get a rushed feeling with ANYONE SERVING AT THE TILL. GREAT STORE, ONLY GREAT CAUSE OF GREAT STAFF.

Gerald was lovely, very helpful when I came into store last minute before store closing, looking for floor protection as a plaster was due to come in the next morning. He went above and beyond. Was very friendly and did his best to help. Would definitely recommend friends to go to this store. Great service.
