Great store. Great staff at this particular shop.

Never have the items you need in stock, this has got progressively worse recently. Don't waste your time queuing for items they don't have.

Friendly helpful staff and good quality service and only 5 minutes down the road.
I usually order online and it's ready to collect in around an hour and prices are extremely competitive, so I've stopped using the "South American Jungle" company.

I've been served by Kim, very attentive, nice and fast person. She assisted me in finding the best solution to my problem! This lovely lady has gone the extra mile to ensure that I purchased the right products for the job. She was unbelievably kind and patient!!! Her customer service made me very happy x

Went to toolstation not knowing what bolts and screw sizes I needed but the lady behind the till went through searching high and low around the shop to find what I needed! Was super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately cant remember her name but it was the Stevenage branch. Thank you so much

Georgiana was a very helpful and nice to be around part of the staff, helping me figure out what painting was the most suitable for the walls in my residence. Very happy with her assistance, service attitude and creative nature. Will definitely come around again.
