There were a few issues with the supplier/distributor/delivery folk which they resolved very swiftly, I am impressed with their efforts and quality in service and would not hesitate to place future orders with them - very good experience, professional and genuinely lovely people.

I cannot recommend Karl at Topclasscarpentry enough. He supplied us with worktops and a splash back for our kitchen and wall panels for our bathroom. He goes the extra mile, is really informative and will spend as much time as is needed to ensure he knows what you are looking for and delivers what you have ordered on time. He is genuinely interested in the project and appreciates seeing photos of the room when the work is complete. If Karl stocks it he will always be my first port of call.

Spoke with Karl who went above and beyond to help me track down a worktop and matching splashbacks for some remedial work on a kitchen that was fitted 7 years ago. Very professional in his approach and provided me with industry insight that I will put to good use whilst I continue my hunt for these elusive kitchen components. I recently purchased two large shower panels and a fitting kit for same. The service and advice from first ordering to receiving the panels, etc. was first class. However, the fitting kit arrived damaged and one of the panels was bowed. (no fault of Topclasscarpentry, but delivery company). I immediately contacted Topclasscarpentry, in particular Karl Richford, who was so helpful and impressed with his professional approach. Nothing was too much trouble. Karl arranged for immediate second delivery of whole shipment and collection of damaged goods. Karl remained in touch giving advice on the installation of the panels. The panels are now fitted and what a choice we made. They look beautiful and have enhanced the overall look of our newly fitted bathroom. The panels are of good quality and certainly value for money from Topclasscarpentry. I will certainly deal with this company again and will recommend them to family and friends. I ordered sample formica pieces from Topclass carpentry. One sample was missing, i rang and spoke to Karl. I overheard Fran in the background say i told you where it was, 😆 he said "my fault" and asked me what i was wanting to do and colour/finish. Karl sent me approx 16 samples at no cost to me. We enjoyed a chat with banter. I decided on the one I wanted and ordered it from Topclass. When it arrived the carton had obvious damage, the courier would not wait for me to inspect the contents, when I did the formica had a long split which when unfurled covered 2 separate sections. I rang Karl and explained. I took photos of the damage and the carton that he'd requested, and at a probable cost to his business Karl arranged collection of the damaged sheet and a new replacement sheet which arrived in perfect condition. Throughout I've had occasion to speak with both Karl and Fran, both lovely, sociable people, great attitude, friendly and humour. I mentioned my next project was the kitchen, Karl gave me details of a company in Hull, (not his own) that would have price reductions in October and to let him know, he will check that i am getting a good deal. I cannot think of anyone i've ever dealt with, and there's been plenty, that's ever done that. Great Company to deal with, I needed some flooring but wasnt exactly sure what I needed. The guy I spoke to, think it was Karl, was very knowledgable and spent the time to talk me through the different options that was available. I placed the order over the phone and was delivered within a couple of days. The floor looks amazing, great quality and a good price. Cant recommend them enough.
