Purchased quite a lot of items from here and went to return the remaining boxes and the lady at the counter weighed the screws in the boxes and also counted the screws in the box even th0ough they had clearly not been opened and refused to give full refund - knocked off £4 per box (box price was £12), apparently 3 screws were missing from a box of 200 screws...
