It has been a pleasure having this family run firm working on my loft from the day off the quote to the end of the work they have been hard working the work it to a very high quality and standard David Laura and there dad did not stop from the moment they turned up till the time they left if anyone is looking to having your loft done i would highly recommend. Out of touch, abrupt manner and unprofessional after a promising start.This outfit, particularly their surveyor Mark seems to running in their own little world with no appreciation or respect for customers time. Having booked an appointment for a quote, the first time nobody showed up without so much as a courtesy call or follow up. Having chased, it transpires there was an unfortunate accident and for some unknown reason the office didn’t know about it and weren’t able to inform us. Giving them benefit of the doubt we try again and we were accommodated quickly. Having waited the entire duration of the second time slot we were given nobody showed up again & there was no communication to confirm they were still coming. Then someone did eventually turn up, but I’d gone out because how long are you supposed to wait for a tradesperson who is late, has let you down once before and doesn’t communicate in an age when a text will suffice. Mark was somewhat abrupt when he called me, the office was full of apologetic excuses and completely out of touch regards the inconvenience as I’d taken two half days off work. I can’t comment on the quality of their work as I’ll never know but the communication has been sorely lacking.

Where do I start? Brilliant, fantastic, professional, decent, hard working, pleasant, honest - everything our government is not! Thoroughly recommend, truly decent company who don’t rip you off and do a really great job.

Absolutely delighted with the quality of ladder and hatch, and the friendly expertise of the entire team - sales, admin and installation. The ladder is very sturdy and steady and the hatch is well made and blends in well. Installation was speedy and all mess was thoroughly cleared away. Really lovely people

Highly professional from start to finish. Honest appraisal of the work needed to be done and competitively priced. Very surprised by the review that stated that the surveyor did not follow COVID 19 procedure this was not our experience either with the surveyor or the installers..
They arrived to install the ladder at the agreed time, explained exactly what they were going to do, did it, explained how to use it and cleaned up after themselves. Very easy to use. Excellent job. Would recommend the firm without hesitation.

Very happy from start to finish! They accommodated me phoning with barely a weeks notice asking if someone could come and quote for us as i happened to be off work that week and they managed to squeeze me in.

And then fitting us in for new build loft boarding we’re so happy with the work done, we decided against a bigger loft hatch and ladder as we can store a ladder elsewhere and didn’t have the funds for it right now but were in desperate need of somewhere safe to store our stuff that wouldn’t void our NHBC warranty.

Would 100% recommend, we weren’t immediately harassed for payment as soon as work was completed and most importantly we had a courtesy call to check we were happy with everything before any mention of payment you really feel like they care about the job being done rather than just being after your money.

Superb service from start to finish. Completed a loft hatch and ladder replacement for us super promptly and were very fastidious with cleaning up afterwards. Cannot fault the company at all. Extremely happy with the quality finish and friendly chaps who installed. Highly recommended.
