I have given 4 stars for the shop and contents, keep just about everything you want. However the self scan tills are possible the worst out there, and definitely the grubbiest. And now they display a message asking if you want to donate to charity, as if it hasn't took long enough without an other obstacle to hold everyone up a bit longer. You can't even select yes or no on the screen asking you. Wilco your Self scan is not a good experience.

It can be hit and miss with stock and prices. I wish it's cleaning products were cruelty free. However, I do like that it's easy to access, Abbey Walk carpark is free for 2 hours.

Normally I like Wilkos, but this morning the 2 older ladies (one on the till, the other stood guarding the photo booth like it contained more wealth than Fort Knox) were incredibly rude and had a poor attitude. Such a shame, really let’s the store down.

Plenty of choice but I DETEST the new half-baked self scan tools (so lost 3 stars). Adding a touch screen on the front of the old checkout and leaving pay card at far end means you're moving about too much. Also, good job no queue, it is not setup to encourage you to self-pack as you go so everyone is scanning, paying and then packing, so twice the time it takes with a checkout operator. Install DEDICATED self-service points, or go back to operators.
