Fantastic friend service, lots of different ways to order and pay. They seem to have most things in stock, if not they get in for next day delivery or collection. I use the click and collect service which makes it a plesent and very easy shop to use.

Nicely organised shop layout with a separate plumbing and electrical section. Very helpful staff who will search their warehouse for what you require.
They have a few catalogues to look through and use an Argos style ordering system, which works very well in this situation. You can also pick up the latest catalog to browse at home or on site.

Easy on line ordering from your phone, notified if stock available in that store . SMS text when Collection is ready. Go collect . Excellent process

Handy store but they don't hold a lot of stock. Always check online before taking a trip there. Generally get most products in store upon ordering within 24-48hrs.
