You have the best staff, hands down. How they keep their whole team that customer focused is a mystery. They are knowledgeable, attentive and helpful without being overbearing.

Their selection is limited when compared to the big box stores, as you might imagine, but they have a good selection of high end accessories and low end necessities that perfect for an upscale neighborhood hardware store. As a part of the Ace Hardware network, they can also order just about anything you want if you have a little time.

This shop was recommended by my landlord and I can always get what I want.
The stuff is very very nice and professional. Though today I didn’t get the cable from them, he still explain for me clearly with patient. Highly recommended.

Perfect shop, has more or less everything. I wanted a starter for a fluorescent light. The one taken earlier did not work. The guy didn’t quibble just exchanged it for me.

Really great staff and good prices. I went in as clearly a complete amateur in terms of DIY but wasn't talked down to in any way. Given good advice from a friendly member of staff.

Is the only local palace in Waterloo to get hardware. And they know it. And charge triple.
So go to Screwfix or elsewhere if you can before starting job in Waterloo.
I.E 1 solvent weld 32mm bend £2.99 instead of 80p elsewhere. Handy for emergencies. But 300% markups a bit rich even with costs of having store in This location!!

This shop is a pure gem, you will find everything you need even things you never had thought of, can be anything from your front door to fridge or freezer temperature theromeator, list is endless.
Staff very helpful and knowable.

They honestly have everything you can think of, very nice gentlemen helping out and also plants outside for sale . A big + to the neighbourhood, as a fruit sometimes & don’t know where to find something but I can always find it here. Dzięki przystojniacy!
