Item and collection was great, The bloke behind the counter was miserable and rude. I will stick to the havant store or go to screwfix.

I went there at 5pm and I've been told sorry we are shut due to staff shortage! Even though on their website says 10 pm!, what bothered me was the lady on the till, she didn't seem happy to seeme, she looked miserable and was not polite. The next day I went there again and was served by a lovely man.

Brilliant as normal. I'll confess I went to B&Q first! But then checked the price at toolstation and we'll... it was 50% cheaper. So long B&Q!

Have been back several times since and also used the next day delivery service for 18" high velocity fans. Cheaper than amazon and still delivered next day free.

I would like to highlight the professionalism and patience from the young seller Will. He was welcoming clarified my questions and made no judgment on my lack of knowledge.I truly recommend Portsmouth Toolstation

Was very impressed with my visit to this shop today as the shop was very tidy, COVID measures were very professional and safe and had excellent service as soon as I needed any help. I had some queries about a product I needed but was not too sure on and a young lady working at the time by the name Sophie was amazing and instantly helped me answer all the questions I had and made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted, I could not have asked for better service.

Would definitely recommend to any one in the area and I will be sure to make it my first choice with any supply needs I may have in the future.

Excellent customer service. Have been in for a few different bits over the last few weeks as am moving house and have been given exactly what I was looking for along with some extra DIY tips. Covid measures are efficient. Was served by Rob who was a great help. Would recommend.

Purchased something the night before, recieved the email that morning that said my order was ready for collection. Only purchased here because they had what I needed in stock where the others didn't. Arrived a few hours later, after a 15 mile journey, to find out it they didnt have it in stock! Why didn't they think to ring me and tell not to bother coming down!? Cheers, 30 mile round trip later, morning wasted. Complained to the online email address but no response. Never using toolstation again at this rate. Totally unreliable bunch of muppets. Bye

Outstanding customer service and professional covid measures in place. Would like to thank the member of staff that talked me through a few different options I wouldn't have even considered before purchasing saving me some money! Would recommend this branch to everyone
