It's like a tardis, small on the outside, but so much stuff inside. Derek is always really helpful. Unlike the big stores you can get useful advice in here too.

Really weird experience in there. Staff member wouldn’t give prices, just asking how much money I had and was quite aggressive. Only wanted a bit of firewood! Hopefully was just feeling unwell or something that day.

Amazing friendly person in Lion Stores today ,last minute call.. Called from London for a friend in Bristol. The person at other end of phone was massively helpful and went out of his way to help. Also gave a jewel of advice on the product. Amazing place. Go here rather than large generic stores, super helpful, super man , super place🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟° would give more stars if there were more. Thank you very much for all your help.

A proper old fashioned ironmonger. If they haven't got what you want I'd be surprised.

Such a rare find nowadays - traditional iron mongers stocking almost everything! Love shops like these. Long may they continue.

Love this shop. A real old-fashioned hardware store. Sells everything you could think of, and much more that you probably couldn't. Very friendly staff.

Just got a wrecking bar. Just what I wanted. Like a French Quincaillerie of old.
Can I suggest the shop stocks some cheap food tongs like this? They come in different sizes and with the BBQ season approaching, these are the best things for ensuring sausages don't go flying across the yard...
