Toolstation Eastleigh

I needed some goods so placed a 'click & collect' order with Toolstation Eastleigh. I was a bit concerned about distancing, but when I arrived they had clearly worked out a good system.
A man was waiting outside the shop so I gave him my details and another man inside the shop produced my order - all very safely and politely carried out. A very satisfactory operation.

Carl, Ross, in fact everyone is super helpful. Usually see my van and get an order out for me. Always professional. The store sometimes doesn’t have everything I need in, but it’s usually ordered and available the next day. Just wish the drinks machine was working again :-)

DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY.
It is unlikely to arrive in suitable time
And also unlikely to all arrive together.

For some reason the orders are split up and sent via various courier services 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I might get a bit in the next week or so.

A simple delivery note could have avoided alot of time and bother.

Toolstation is great, service with a smile, knowledgeable, helpful staff, most things are in stock, ordering online and store collection is so easy, quick and time efficient.

I would highly recommend Toolstation to everyone, great service, great products, great prices.

Wheelchair accessible with one disabled bay near the entrance.

They are also brilliant at not making you feel really stupid when you order the wrong thing!

Friendly staff but constantly out of stock on various items. Frustrating looking through the book to go up and find out of stock.

Fast and efficient service. Minimal waiting for your click n collect order. Lots of offers on tools and materials.

Absolutely first rate service. Ordered on line. Within 3 minutes I had mobile phone clearance that the kit was ready for pick-up. Staff friendly and competent. Oh, how I wish all shopping could be like this; well done chaps.

Ordered a new lightweight lawnmower and weed membrane. Ready for collection 5 minutes later. Very good price and very polite and helpful staff. Would recommend
