they get your order wrong make you wait over 6 weeks for a refund while stresses us out having to phone them for update as they didn't bother to email me to let me know where my item was.

will never be buying here again, ive had enough of their fake and missing items.

Staff are brilliant and always helpful at Harlow, but god I hate the Toolstation website with a passion. There's so much wrong with it, my two biggest gripes are the truly awful search facility and no means to easily check stock of an item in nearby stores without manually selecting different branches.

Good stock, wide range of both materials and tools. I'm not keen on product selection by catalogue however the staff make it easy and are very helpful.

Typical Toolstation compared to Screwfix but usually a bit lower prices.

She had all the time in the world for me understanding my needs and helping no end to come to a successful transaction.

I use this store loads and the staff are all very helpful polite. click and collect is so much better than screwfix, as you have to que up and sometimes this can take 10-15 mins. Toolstation have this system very well set up. in and out in under 60 seconds. Always go to Toolstation.
