Deep discounts on most products for DIY use. Short waiting times and good stock levels. Plenty of parking. Click and collect usually works well. Happy to return time and time again.

I visited today and the staff were very unhelpful. Unable to provide advice on the shower that was suitable for my house. " can't give advice in case were wrong and you blame us". What bizarre customer service!!

Unless you are "qualified" and have a good idea of what you want, I wouldn't reccomend it

Only reason I didnt give 1 star for what is essentially "Argos for tools..." is that there was plenty of parking.

Ordered yesterday to be delivered to store today. Because my billing address doesn't match the store address...yes..can you believe that....it's on hold while they make extra security checks. Cheapest anywhere by a mile so worth the wait?!

Very busy so quite a long wait. But it was very good. I would prefer it less greasy but that's difficult I guess when it's been in the deep fat fryer.

Always busy. And stock levels are atrocious. I'd rather go to Eastleigh or Fareham branch.

Robiie is always fantastic when he is in. Has a very comprehensive knowledge of the stock.

Waste of time,shows stock but a counter no stock just empty boxs for show!! Could have ordered and collected but got on ebay delivered for £3 less.And we wonder who companies are suffering .
