Toolstation Gloucester

What a brilliant experience, Nice staff as always - Your really doing the right thing with signage and help to collect safely. I have been so impressed with this store we now shop here all the time! Keep up the great service, your doing the company proud.

All customer service based staff could learn a thing or two from James. Aside from having fantastic product knowledge which is somewhat expected, his customer service, friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond knows no bounds. I wish all my staff were like him!

Sad to say, as I did love toolstation.
There next day collection is AWFUL, item should have arrived yesterday in the branch, still nothing... to make things worst I have been on hold for the past 19minutes waiting to speak to some one.. please please PLEASE go to screwfix if you need next day collection - the organisation from toolstation is embarrassing

Ordered for collection got a text to say ready got there hand written notice on door closed due to staff shortages. Ok once is bad luck next day same excuse I have to finish a job before I go away how rude not to even text or email to make arrangements to collect from another outlet. This is a very poor business clinging on to screwfixes shirt tails . Wake up and smell the coffee before you disappear up your own arrogant #rse

Clive and Katie were great at assisting me with similar items that they never had in stock on my order list. Friendly and helpful staff members. I would recommend this branch for local tradesman.

Used my favourite Tool station 5th December to purchase a lever lock and fire door sash lock. Staff friendly as usual and found an exact size. Excellent service again.
