Popped into this store for the first time as a women really don't feel very comfortable in these trade shops. Have to say that my perception changed as the staff were very understanding and explained everything to me. Yes its a busy branch lots of customer but staff are doing best they can!!! thank you its a thumbs up from me and will 100% be returning next time i need something.

It was my first experience of being in a toolstation, and I've got to say the experience was one of the best I've had in a trades type store. The shop was really busy but the team noticed me and took time to help me and answer all and every question I had. A special thanks to Sanjay, Leandra, Sophie and Chris for putting up with me! Great Service and I can't wait to shop there again!.

Good stock, great prices, good to have an alternative option to the store next door ;) sometimes their prices are better and they have a good hookup with amex.

Mike and Curtis were real gentlemen. Provided great service and product was already there for me. Mike also helped me find find the right size bolt. Brilliant service all round. Much better screw fix

Amazing service from Mike, he was extremely helpful & even offered to help me carry my heavy items to my car. Will definitely go back. I also saw colleagues of mikes helping each other out, was very impressed by this & the friendly atmosphere.
