This is a great place, but can Management change things so that members of staff do not constantly have to ask people if they want to use the self-service tills? I cannot attribute blame to the members of staff because they are just doing what they are told to do. People really like your members of staff. This is why they queue for a very long time to be served. Your members of staff are so lovely and I refuse to use some silly machine. I do not speak to many people and I really enjoy having a conversation with your members of staff because they are polite and make an effort to speak to an old guy like me. So, please do not have your members of staff constantly ask people if they want to use the self-service tills.

Has everything you need and want from a wilkos. I'm going to say this openly, thus branch definitely needs a re.freash. some aslies are lacking stock. Pick a mix looked good untill you find children using there fingers and eating as they fill up!!

Feels more like a warehouse than a shop normally empty shelves and small range staff friendly but mainly self service...

Useful shop for everyday items, generally not expensive.

It is what it is, not Harrods, but it has what you expect. Clean and tidy, it's an ok store.

This is a decent place for household goods. Stock levels are good, staff are friendly, and prices are at the lower end of the spectrum. There are often excellent end of season offers, too, like seed packs down to 10p each (though with the recently resurgence in home growing vegetables, sadly no stock was left over this year!), and similar reductions on Christmas items in January. Worth a visit, on the whole, but stock issues have been a problem like so many places recently.

Busy with the usual suspects. Till staff mostly absent due to self service tills but you can still get the same experience by asking yourself if you found everything you wanted and then asking 'cash or card?' in a disinterested voice. Shelves well stocked and an awesome range of gift cards!
