Very bad customer service by the Lottery tickets. All time talking with the customer or between each other. The long row about 5 other customers waiting to be served. And the talks about nothings 🤦‍♂️ They don’t mind that other customers is rushing . You must too look and changed so they stop chatting and let people service quickly as possible. Thanks I hope it changes.

Reasonable selection and prices. But the lack of staff on tills puts me off so sadly this place is not the first place I go to anymore.

I'm a big Wilko fan, but nowadays there always seem to be quite a few gaps on the shelves, with items out of stock. Same as most other places I guess.

Shop feels pretty useless considering the fact the stuff it sells could be found online likely at cheaper prices.The shop looks like it's from 2006. Pretty easy to tell this has not been renovated in at least 10 years.

My go to, located close to home. Hence easy to get to foe various domestic supplies.

Trusty store, visited many times throughout the years. Very convenient for when you need something quick

Usually have what I want at a fraction of the price at B&Q

Very busy inside the shop due to Christmas time sales. More stock should be available if not on shelf . Customer service was ok .
