The shop has good products . However I visited on the 23.6.2022 , a lady with dark hair at the till was extremely rude and mocking. She has questioned someone I was with time before why they was buying items. She has very bad manners and talks to the customers rudely . She needs to be re-trained . Totally unacceptable to be treated like this as a paying customer. Disgusting customer service. The rest off staff seem pleasant enough when I've visited before .

Wilko High Street is a great place to get all the day-to-day neccessities for your home. There are a range of items from personal hygiene, hair spray, kitchen pots and pans, storage boxes, curtains and curtain rods, lighting, electrical items, DIY tools and fittings as well as paints and accessories.

Wilko also stocks pet supplies, garden tools, plants and gardening stuff, a wide range of stationery and barbecue items.

For home - there are throws, quilts & covers, pillows, fragrance candles and tea lights as well as photo frames and carpet cleaning equipment hire.

All in all its a go to place and is very reasonably priced.

Manager rejecting a pregnant lady for a exchange for the correct size as she lost her receipt as she paid with card she's told go to the bank on a Sunday to show the transaction. Customer service training should be taken for the lady manager, wilko needs to review their exchange policy

They good stuff. I always buy tea light candles, and as a matter of fact, I bought some today from Hounslow High Street.

Great that they allow well behaved dogs in so that my guy can buy his own treats!
