Toolstation Burton Upon Trent

This branch offers a quick turnaround service on orders and has been extremely handy and helpful in recent lockdown situation. I was able to return a few items today and Emma was really helpful. There were separate queues for click & collect and return/exchange customers which is considerate. Great service guys, keep up the good work!

Excellent staff, they are always so helpful. Toolstation prices are so much better than other stores, it’s always my first choice when I need something. They will always do anything they can to help and if you have to return an item it’s never a problem.

My daughter did another collection today. She said that Tracy was very helpful in making sure Alison had everything that I had ordered. Great stuff! Hopefully I will be able to attend in person soon!!!
Always very friendly and efficient staff. I use this one when I am in Burton. During my Covid isolation (due to age!) my daughter has collected the last few orders with absolutely no difficulty, they have set up the collections to be Covid aware very well !!
We do have a closer Toolstation store but their performance is not good with sometimes 'inaccurate' item selections!

Just got back after my second visit of the day, after I ordered the wrong SDS drill.
The 2 ladies there couldn’t have been more helpful and replaced the drill with the one that I should’ve ordered with no bother or drama, just nice smiles.

Decided to get my father, a brand new dewalt drill and impact driver, staff recommended a amazing deal and couldnt of asked for better service. Quick and helpful during this pandemic.

I went into collect an order, I was greeted by julie who was very friendly and got it for me.

I asked about a specific screw driver and screws and Julie kindly pointed out the catalogue.

Julie could see I was struggling so offered to help and her and Amanda kindly looked for me.
