Came to Ottery St. Mary today to visit friends. Walking past Roberts and decide to have a look around, much to our delight they had a clothes airer exactly what we wanted. No one else has had what we wanted Thank you Robets ,excellent friendly service as always.

Shopped in here a few times over the years and most recently last weekend. Really helpful lady and found exactly what I was looking for straight away. Happy to support local businesses like this, pricing was reasonable and a good amount of choice.

Very rude ! Despite making a large purchase the woman in there was very rude towards me and my son in favour of some old goat tutting along and rolling their Eyes - obviously too stupid to know that Apple pay has no limits - if not on holiday would have gone back to return the staff snd use my money elsewhere
