Dal at tool station has been fantastic and extremely helpful. I had an order that had not arrived he followed it through and called when my item had arrived. Very happy to call again and order and recommend to family and friends thank you.

Efficient, friendly and safe service from staff who are still keeping the store running in the midst of a pandemic. Hats off to you guys - you're putting yourself in harms way, so folks like me can fix burst pipes. :)

Update: had been 5 stars for previous experience, but today's experience, where I was given a visibly defective part by a staff member who, when I returned to exchange the part, at a cost of 30 minutes of my time, couldn't even be bothered to apologise. Customer service basics - not that hard !

I purchase a folding Stanley sack truck from the Leamington branch. The item was not in stock, so it was going to be delivery to my home address. Later the same day I received an email to say it was out of stock and I would need a refund. After 2 weeks, 4 visits to the store and numerous emails finally got my refund. A big thanks to Donna for sorting it out for me

Not the one for a quick pick up. Website says they have things in stock but when you get there they won't give it to you and if you want to click and collect you have to wait till the next working day.

Very helpful when my online order wasn't what I expected it to be. Exchanged for the right product and a refund provided straight away

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The items are usually in stock for immediate collection. They have a good range of stock.

I was served by the wonderful Simone today, what a bright and vibrant character, greeted with a happy hello and smile. She got everything I wanted and offered me alternatives when some of the items I wanted were out of stock, brilliant service, I will be back for more, thankyou.

Went in to buy a few things only to find that I am no longer able to browse the goods. Tired of stuff falling apart so I want to hold it and look at before I buy. Now this is just an argos for tools with worse customer service, might as well just buy online.
