The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We entered to find replacement lamp shades and we found some that were suitable at reasonable prices.
As Cutlacks is a relatively small DIY shop we didn't have to walk around looking for the display of the lamp shades. It was a good experience - Dinos
