Set up over a few floors, this store is able to provide a wide range of products, such as stationery items, toiletries, storage, home bathroom and kitchen wear, DIY tools, cycling accessories, pet products and more with prices that are affordable.

Store was tidy and relatively easy to navigate. Very ittle queuing with good customer service.

Went to Wilko to buy some cleaning supplies for my new cleaning services I am providing for my local area. Spent more than I planned as they had so many good offers on and some great bargains. Covid eliminating products was a must and found all I needed and more.
Customer service was friendly and helpful as always. Speedy check out on there self service.
All round great experience.
Thank you to all the staff at Wilko city center store. Keep up the good work. 😃

You want a random selection of anything and everything all at cheap, affordable prices with no nonsense staff that get the job done, efficiently, politely and with a smile? Then why ain't you at Willow cos that's them in a nutshell. Not as cheap as Poundland but way classier and worth the small increase in cost.

A department store with a good selection of basic home goods. Items sold are of good value. Everything has a great price to quality ratio, highly recommend.

Good selection of reasonably priced stuff. But two gripes.

First, almost every time I visit this shop something that was marked as reduced on the shelves isn’t reduced when it comes to the checkout, and I have to get the staff to check the advertised price to mark it down. I suspect incompetence rather than malice, but good to keep an eye on the prices at the till either way!

Secondly, there seems to be some problem with the security tags. Lots of items are tagged with the sticker tags, and the tags don’t deactivate when you buy the item, leading to lots of false alarms when exiting the shop. When the alarm goes off, the staff member near the door invariably tries to illegally grab your bag and search it.

Not that well stocked lately. Moderate prices and variety. Not enough staff

Great shop but needs to manage stock better.

Has all the things I need at a price I can afford, with an ambiance that makes me feel ashamed for needing to afford those things at those prices.
