Small but has a lot, it's obviously not b&q but great if you need to pop in & grab bits, they also do individual items. The guys are helpful & not bad to look at 😁😂. It's a fantastic local hardware store. Go in for a screw or a tool. Everyone loves a wheelbarrow

They’ve got some very useful items that would take a much longer amount to time to find in a big shop (if at all). Very helpful.

I have shopped here a number of times in an effort to support local business. It's stuck in the 80's (or earlier) in terms of look and feel but has a certain charm - in part because of that.

They do stock a wide variety of useful little bits 'n' pieces but my grumble here is they are very, very expensive. I bought mould spray at around £9.90 which I subsequently saw in B&Q at around £5 and bought my BBQ gas canister here and thought it was pricey at the time - on checking other local cost afterwards I found them to be about £10 more on the refill. Based on those 2 experiences I would struggle to go back.

This is a good old fashioned hardware store that you will not come across very often. It's almost caught in a time loop which ads to the appeal.

This place almost always seems to have the DIY bits I need. Staff are always helpful too.

Was looking for a tea strainer and I found one in here! Much better quality than ones I have seen in other shops. Friendly staff and customers too, one woman said to her husband to pick the tea strainer up for me as I was struggling to pick it up from the low rack it was on. Great price, fantastic choice of items. Pop in, you may find what you need in there!

This reminded me of my dad's hardware shop I used to work in. It had all the things you'd need in the house and garden in a shop you could walk round in a few mins. There was a steady stream of customers and prices were reasonable. I'll make an effort to come here instead of the bigger stores to support local shops. Give it a visit if you can :)
