Ordered nails six days ago and still waiting for delivery. Told they will be delivered tomorrow which will be 7 days after ordering. Very poor service, blamed the ships from China being delayed? This should have been made clear at point of ordering!

Purchased 2 gate hooks in November but one broke soon after fitting. The metal was rusty at the break so was faulty to start with. Wrote an email to them but never had a reply. Bad customer service.

Used them a couple of times and both faultless transactions. The price is far cheaper than the competition! I will be using them again in the future.
