Lift access for wheelchair users a great help between floors but with the counters at the oppersit end to the lift on the first floor it's a problem for those of us with walking difficulties to then truge back to the lift
Now this branch has opened it will save going over to Kingston to their branch when I require things

Good place for home products. They keep reshuffling the items and categories in this store that every time I come in, I have to spend some time to find the right aisle. The indoor plants are a hidden gem and are so much cheaper than elsewhere in Wimbledon.

Terrible branch. Never have anything in stock, constant empty shelves. Trollies left with stock on everywhere, I don’t think I have ever been in when it’s fully stocked. It’s a mess. The lift is also horrible as you have to hold the button to go anywhere.

I’m giving it two stars as they changed a lot of tills to self service and before there wasn’t ever enough staff to cover all the tills.

BE AWARE when agreeing for assisting staff to help you in scanning your items in self service! When I asked the staff member assisting at tills at the time if they had big bags he jumped in and started scanning my items. I thought it was a nice gesture until I got home and realised he scanned same item 3 times instead of 2. When I was returning few days later what I bought I mentioned the mistake to the same person who helped me but at first he didn’t understand what I was saying (?) and then backed out saying he didn’t help me and this was bought at self service so how could it be him scanning (?) I have spend about 20 min there waiting for supervisors to check cameras as they didn’t believe me which was a big inconvenience for post back surgery patient like me. In the end I got my money back but no apologies and I’ve been cautioned to check my receipt before I leave the store! Next time I will think twice before shipping in Wilko as customer service is far from desired.

Has everything you need. Great cleaning and DIY home selections. It is easy to navigate but there are always stock trolleys in inconvenient places, never out of the way.

Can get to anything on the shelves as there are cages blocking everything. I would understand if it was just to restock but it has been this way for months now.

Love wilko, it's always cheaply priced. They stock most things for your home. The staff are friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend it! Pop in next time your out!
