Toolstation Merton

Must say this is the only branch I will use due to staff being so professional and kind.
I have to sing the praises of one young girl tho, I believe it was Tia. She was very polite and rather than just dealing with my order she took the time to ask me how I am.... which is hard to come by right now.
We ended up having a right laugh and joke which really brightened my day.
She also took the time to answer any questions I had and was very patient with me.

In these difficult days when other stores aren't trying to give such comfort, this store went a step ahead. They put their catalogue outside the store to save your visit if you didn't order online to click and collect. You can have that catalogue and give them product number and they bring your product and you can pay. Just before this visit, I went a Screwfix store they refused to take order at the store and I was very disappointed. I am very happy and definitely recommend this store.

Excellent customer service from Niall, who I hope still works for the company, if not at this branch. Extremely important for the customer to get guidance if not a trade person him/herself

I visit many Toolstation branches in South London. The staff at Merton branch are the friendliest. Sammie and Niall greet me by name. Usually, my stuff will be waiting 5 minutes after I have ordered it. Nice, efficient people!

Prices are very competitive so well worth a look.
I used click & collect and it was ready within 5mins with a txt message confirming this.
Currently only letting in 5ppl at a time which is fair enough.
It was busy but steady. I waited no longer than 5mins to get inside & pick up my item.
Staff were friendly and courteous
