I think they can improve the customer service I have been twice in a week and there is no one ready to help I bought a garden table with chairs and I had to queue at the till to have information regarding a table I went again yesterday and I had the same experience there were a lot of people waiting behind me while the lady was showing me the product I've bought. I genuinely think they need more stuff!!

Spur of the moment visit this morning to buy cleaning stuff and pet food. I was super impressed by the young man on checkout. He was so kind helping me with basket and then putting items in my shopping bag. He is an excellent example for how customer service should be. Thank you ‘Saul’ and sorry if I’ve spelt name wrong

If you need household, DIY, or homeware goods in Crawley I would suggest any other shop.

I have just wasted my entire lunch hour waiting at the counter to find out they don't have this item in stock.

I explained how unhappy I was but I would accept a similar discount of a similar model. I was told there was nothing they could do despite offering them a totally reasonable alternative.

In short they display stock they don't have and waste your time with no remorse. They clearly have no intention to improve their customer service and don't care about their customers.

Be aware if Charlotte is the manager in charge if you visit the store. She was the person responsible break down in customer relations.

I am grateful that so much time was spent trying to find the item in the warehouse but it does not change the outcome of my experience.

Brought some reasonably priced seeds for the wild birds who visit the garden well you can't always be eating fat block
Plus not one but two new diaries for 2023 let the future unfold .....

Always very few staff. Self-service tills often not open

Staff was friendly and helpful. Shop was clean and queues where not to bad. Prices are decent considering the inflation.

Went to Wilko store yesterday to get a chocolate 🍫 bar because l fancy one because they are more cheaper when l went in there all the chocolate 🍫 bars weren't on the shelves they been replaced by gardening stuff very disappointed Wilko's haven't stopped selling chocolate 🍫 bars now ?

Hi, functional items. No frills. Cheap and cheerful! Just what you need sometimes.
