They've got this C6 down pats. Efficient. Orderly queue outside and you give the last 4 numbers of your order and it's brought to a table for you. It means the business is trading well and keeping its employees working. Brilliantly quick and easy click and collect ordering. Well done

For the moment it's only click and collect.
You can get your stuff, when the text came through that it is ready. I did my purchase in the carpark, and text arrived within a few minutes. Then they have a unidirectional entry system, with not more than 2 customers in the store. They kept 2m distance from at all times.
It appears well organised, quick and efficient. I am a happy customer. :)

I usually pay cash in store but have had to order click&collect due to Covid 19 but its not an issue as they have a good system at the store. Five people in front of me in the queue but only had to wait A few minutes. In fact its quicker then.going in the store, ordering, paying cash & waiting as Used to.

Products and prices fine but need some of the staff to work on customer service. When you go up to collection point one, you don’t expect to be greeted with a grunt and a dirty look from whoever the girl was behind the counter. Her colleague wasn’t much better either. Maybe they should stay out the way of customers in the back out if they’re going to be like that!

4/6 of the items the website said was in stock- was out of stock. The guy on the till gave me incorrect information that my order would be ready to collect by today before payment - i paid on Sunday in store. Two minutes later when I got to the collection point I was told my order would take a few days to be ready for collection and one item was out of stock. I was then told i could not get a refund unless I called up a different number. A bit of a joke really. The Wandsworth store never gives me these issues.

Thus felt like it was a convenient location but upon arrival there is absolutely no space for parking so it made it difficult to pick up orders here if you have to drive out of your way to reach your Screwfix then try another one with better facilities
