Toolstation Sutton

I have been to many branches of Toolstation, all over London, but I can confidently say that the Sutton branch has exceeded my expectation and set a whole new level of standard. One of the staff, named Matt has helped me on a number of occassions. Matt is an extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, yet helpful and friendly. He is a real asset to the company. He has always taken time to help look for alternatives when an item is out of stock, has explained technical points when I was not sure about an item and has always been very supportive. Thank you again Matt and keep up the good work.

Always prompt and pleasent, all members of staff are exceptionally nice people. Always enjoy going to collect purchases, because i know there will be a nice friendly chat.

Placed an order and went to the click and collect till. Waited an absolute age to be served. The young lad couldn’t look more disinterested if he tried, he was too busy drinking his lucozade! Thankfully the young girl on the next till served me with a smile

Order parts online drove 15 minutes from site to store do round trip 30 minutes. Collected setvice a little slow, seems to be the norm these days with Toolstation no staff on counters, click and collect till pointless as they seem to slways only have one queue, sometimes till taken up by a customer requesting to look at many items beford purchasing ( really quite annoying).

Anyway got back site and the store staff had picked the wrong items, ordered rainwater gutter running outlet and ead given stop end running outlet.

Do these staff know what they ard doing.

Toolstation if you are offering a service whereby the customer relies on the store to pick it surely you be getting this right.

This has now cost an additional 30-40 minutes time travel fuel and delaying my scheduled for the day.

Really poor service from Toolstation.

Matt always delivers great customer service.
Quite often members of staff don't know the product or purpose.

Great Place for Your Building and DIY needs. Thing I like is that they can email you, your Invoice. This enables you to, easily find it, if required later.

Honestly, it looked like they had been forced to work. missurable faces and poor service. The person who served me was helpful though
