Prices are good for what you get and certain items are much cheaper here. However there are items which are nearly half the price in places like Sainsbury's/Asda/Tesco - so keep an eye out if you're trying to save.

Almost always just 1 cashier, with a couple of self service checkouts for cards only - making queues quite long.

I am very very upset with the customer service here. Firstly I have been trying to ring the store 4 days now and nobody picks up. Only once yesterday the manager picked up. Fine he was polite- but mentioned that its lucky if someone even picks up. The phone is in such a place where nobody is hardly near by.

The wilkos at hounslow when I rung them they instantly had someone who answered. I had lost property that i wanted to retrieve since Friday. The item had been there for days. I couldnt go in although i live locally due to personal reasons. i went in store the other day then it was not there. Had they answered their calls, the issue could have been resolved.

Excellent really good which reminds me I need to get my decorating things there in the week.
Good service and well played out store clean and tidy helpfull staff.

Absolutely love wilkos! I can get so much from this shop its great! Love everything they sell and they always have good deals on different products!!

At the moment their self service made it quick and easy to shop.

Onsite parking, easy access to high street.

Disgusting company. Only ever one till open (with their slowest staff member constantly placed there) pushing people to use card over cash- they will claim they are under staffed as NUMEROUS staff wander about the floor aimlessly as customers que for unacceptable amounts of time, trying to force self service on customers so we can ultimately do their job for free that they are meant to be doing.
No hello or even eye contact when you do get to the till. Shelves half empty.
Shameful

Had my phone stolen from inside the store on the 15th of December and don't get me wrong the stuff was ok but they could have called the police on my behalf they was going to look on CCTV but said I had to call the police I thought was a bit out of order so be careful when you go to the store because if you get pickpocketed you Will have to call the police yourself in my opinion the staff could have done better as it happened in there shop
