Screwfix Kensington

Came here today with a request for some plumbing supplies for my boat. Jo was absolutely amazing, and took the time to solve my problem. I left with all the bits I needed and couldn't be happier with the service. 5* for Jo alone.

Screwfix used to be excellent but is now out of stock of many normal stock lines. I attended the store and they seemed to be somewhat chaotic. A customer who had been waiting awhile asked for service only to be rudely answered by a female cashier. My online order was not ready and in fact took the staff member a while to locate it. Screwfix is useful. I just hope they don't go any further downhill.

All I can say is same as most screwfix stores, but parking at this one is terrible, be careful because you will 99% get a parking ticket throught the post front the camera

Very poor customer service, I was looking about something I was able to find then I asked for help . Member of staff ( I think she is European and waering glasses) he was absolutely horrible and very rude. I was completely shocked from the way how deal with client. Imagine if you someone came to store and he is unable to write or read what he is looking for . Without question he will ask for help. But what I have experienced is extremely unprofessional and very bad manner. I was wondering where is the management from these unprofessional h behaviour of some of the staffs.not recommended at all , waste of time to deal with them , poor customer service and untrained some of their
Staffs. Specially Europe lady who waering glasses 👓. Bad 👎 customer service

Good to try and make this review fair. During yesterday’s flash flood, I know this store was affected and had to close. What would have been brave and earned them the respect of the community, would have been selling myself and the throng of others outside the emergency supplies we needed to prevent our own basements, apartments and stores from flooding. There were all sorts of supplies from silicone to pumps right in front of our nose that could have made all the difference. Chances are, half of us would have come back and helped you all clear up today as we have all helped each other.

But no, staff thought It far better to ignore us all as we desperately (but politely) pleaded. They made us all feel like the tools… There is competition in this business and I won’t be back to shop in your soggy store when you do open again. Nor do I want to hear anything about health and safety - everyone looked very dry and happy as they attempted to look busy. I do hope your staff had as bad a night as we did and I hope the manager is still bailing the basement. Thanks for nothing Screwfix. Community players you are not.
